1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of CardNTap (cardntap.enbiit.com), the links.enbiit.com digital profile platform, and the NFC smart cards sold by Enbiit ("we", "us"). By placing an order or creating an account, you accept these terms. CardNTap is a product of Enbiit, Guwahati, Assam, India.

2. Products & pricing

Card lineup (one-time purchase): Classic ₹499, Creator ₹699, Business ₹999, Premium ₹1,999, Metal ₹2,999 — launch offers may apply. Subscriptions: Pro ₹999/year and Business ₹2,999/year, billed annually. All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of nothing — 18% GST is added at checkout as required by law, and a GST invoice is issued with every order.

Shipping is ₹49 flat across India and free on orders above ₹1,999. We reserve the right to change prices for future orders; confirmed orders are never re-priced.

3. Orders, payment & delivery

Payments are accepted via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net-banking, wallets) or Cash on Delivery. Every card is custom-printed to your design — name, title, company and logo — and quality-checked before dispatch. Dispatch happens within 24-48 hours; delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your PIN code, with live tracking.

Because cards are personalised, returns are accepted only for manufacturing defects, wrong printing or damage in transit — contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will reprint and reship free of charge. COD refusal after dispatch may block future COD orders.

4. The NFC card & digital profile

Each card carries an NTAG215 NFC chip encoded with your unique profile URL and a matching QR backup. The free digital profile (with QR, vCard save, WhatsApp button and social links) is free forever. Pro adds analytics, lead capture, custom themes and UPI Pay Me.

You are responsible for the content you publish on your profile — keep it lawful and yours. We may remove profiles that contain illegal content, impersonation or malware.

If a card is lost, contact support to deactivate its URL and activate a replacement card on the same profile. The profile itself — and every edit you make to it — stays live and in sync across the card, the QR and links.enbiit.com.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use CardNTap to harass, defraud or spam people, don't attempt to clone another person's card or profile without permission, and don't probe, scrape or attack our infrastructure. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

6. Warranties & liability

We warrant the card against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. The service is provided "as is" beyond that; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam.
