Order confirmed but want to update the address? Reply to your confirmation email with your order number (CNT-…) before dispatch and we will update it. After dispatch, use the Track page for live status — COD and prepaid orders both ship within 24-48 hours.
Payments & refunds
UPI, cards and net-banking are processed by Razorpay with a GST invoice on every order. For failed payments that were debited, refunds are initiated within 24 hours of verification and reflect in 3-5 working days. COD is available across India.
Card activation & sync
Your card arrives pre-encoded to your digital profile. If you created your profile after ordering, just set the same link in the profile manager and the card, QR and links.enbiit.com profile stay in sync — no reprints, ever. Lost a card? We deactivate the old URL and bind a replacement to your profile.
